Our client is currently seeking a Senior Customer Account Representative to join their team. This permanent role focuses on managing a variety of customer accounts to deliver exceptional service and support, ensuring efficient and positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee score cards, respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams to accurately forecast demand and support planning activities.
Handle customer accounts, especially those with Long Term Arrangement (LTA) contracts and bespoke clients.
Prepare costing sheets and produce quotes for internal sign-off, ensuring accurate pricing for customer orders.
Act as the primary customer interface, ensuring timely resolution of orders and inquiries.
Collaborate with Commercial colleagues for contract review and seek buy-in from key stakeholders.
Attend team meetings and provide updates on customer orders, statuses, and escalations.
Utilise business systems (CRM, ERP) to manage orders and customer relationships efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Experience in customer account management, preferably within procurement supply chain or retail sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and (url removed).
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare detailed reports.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise duties effectively.
Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
