Carnival UK is in search of a UX/UI & Digital Design Manager, who is crucial in supporting our digital direction and nurturing a high-performing team.

This opportunity is responsible for developing, testing, and improving user-centric journeys across the P&O Cruises product portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing & delivering on the P&O Cruises strategic roadmap, vision, and backlog, taking ownership of initiatives, online user feedback, and business relationships, as well as writing high-level designs for testing & development.
* Managing user defect identification and quality assurance developments in compliance and UX.
* Understanding user needs and expectations, ensuring these are met through design and functionality.
* Supporting the delivery of the product roadmap, consulting relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) at all stages to ensure the end result is fit-for-purpose and provides optimal ROI for capital and operating expenditure.
This role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time, permanent position with hybrid work options, including up to two days from home.
