Position Overview We are currently recruiting a Junior Software Developer to join our Operations Development Function (PMO) on a permanent basis. You will work closely with the team to enhance operational performance by developing systems, applications, automation tools, and data dashboards using cutting‑edge technology. This role is perfect for someone who is innovative, organised, and keen to grow their skills. You’ll be supported with ongoing training and development to advance your capabilities and career. What You Will Do Collaborate with survey and support teams to assess needs and develop automation tools to improve workflow efficiency Build and enhance applications using existing technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate) Support the integration of AI/ML technologies into business processes Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for performance reporting and analytics Assist with software and systems integration activities Manage your own development projects, providing regular updates on progress Support wider Operations team initiatives as required What You Will Bring This is an entry-level role.
