Job Summary
Full-time (34.5 hours per week) | Temporary for 3 months
We support 12 individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live independently in their own self-contained flats. This is a supported living service, which means we’re all about empowering people to make their own choices, plan their days, and enjoy life to the fullest.
The people we support have unique personalities, interests, and goals. As a Support Worker, you’ll help them:
* Get out into the community
* Enjoy hobbies and activities
* Manage medication
* With personal care (where needed)
* Make decisions and live independently
