We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a well established manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all HR Systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.
* Coordinate and support engagement activity on site, including localised event and working with external partners
* Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
* Assist with the implementation of Group HR policy and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.
Required Experience:
* Proven experience gained with a HR advisor/assistant position ideally within the manufacturing/logistics or FMCG sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Ideally you will have gained a Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification
This is a site based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.
Due to the FTC element we are looking for candidates who can join either at short notice or immediate effect
