At Hesley, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Technician to keep our organisation running smoothly. If you love solving problems and helping people, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
1. Deliver responsive, effective first-line technical support across the organisation.
2. Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
3. Support the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 technologies, core IT systems, and hardware.
4. Establish system documentation to provide support for the organisation.
5. Undertake key IT operational processes in a timely and accurate manner.

About You
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Education:
12. 5 GCSEs (grades A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent), including English Language and Maths
Experience & Skills:
13. Proven experience in a 1st Line IT Support role (or similar)
14. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
15. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
16. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
17. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
Technical Knowledge:
18. Experience with Active Directory, Windows OS, and basic networking principles
Personal Attributes:
19. A customer-first mindset with a calm, professional approach under pressure
20. Willingness to travel regularly to sites across Yorkshire
