You will be part of our EMEA team delivering multiple projects ranging in value between £50k-£250k. This includes the full project life cycle from start up, initiation and planning through to delivery, service handover and closure, whilst being responsible for motivating and managing resources and ensuring stakeholder reporting is completed as required.
This is a REMOTE OPPORTUNITY.
The Project Manager will:
* Managing the full lifecycle of an implementation project throughout all phases of the implementation process from sales handoff to “go live”
* Planning and executing client workshops for purposes of identifying solution design
* Producing accurate project documentation for timely reporting and visibility for internal and customer stakeholders
* Proactively driving the project forward; including motivating client and internal teams to meet project timeline/deadlines
* Following change management process, identifying out of scope scenarios, and executing against the change management process
* Identify project risks and ensuring they are monitored and managed appropriately throughout the project
* Managing any issues arising throughout the project, coordinating with other teams to make sure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
* Ensuring implementation resources are delivering the solution in a timely manner and in accordance with the solution design
Requirements for Success:
* A university degree within a relevant field
* Minimum 3 years’ experience from working with project management
* Supply Chain experience and preferably an understanding of EDI and/or ERP solutions
* Experience in handling of customers and partnerships, locally and globally
* Driven by the ability to see solutions while working in a fast paced and friendly environment
* Ability to communicate on a high level in English
* Ability to communicate on a high level in German would be beneficial but is not a direct requirement
