The Role As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will work across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, education, commercial, development and regeneration schemes. You will collaborate closely with high-profile private and public-sector clients, contributing both technically and strategically to project delivery. You will play a key role in leading and developing a team of engineers and technicians, supporting their growth while strengthening your own leadership, commercial and business development skills.
