Role Overview:
As a KS1 Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging and interactive lessons that inspire curiosity and build essential literacy and numeracy skills. You’ll support children in developing confidence and independence while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons for KS1 pupils
* Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere
* Adapt teaching to meet individual pupil needs
* Work collaboratively with support staff and fellow teachers
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
What You’ll Need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Recent teaching experience in KS1
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A flexible, reliable, and nurturing approach
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
