Part-Time Social Media & Administration Assistant
Temporary Ongoing Position – Potential Permanent Opportunity
Looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Administration Assistant to join a lovely friendly team on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis. This role offers flexible working hours around school schedules and is office-based.
The successful candidate will support two separate companies, creating engaging social media content while also assisting with day-to-day administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating and managing social media content across:
* Instagram
* Facebook
* TikTok
* Designing content using Canva (essential)
* Scheduling and posting content regularly
* Supporting two businesses with their online presence
* Answering incoming phone calls professionally
* Taking customer enquiries and quotations
* Providing general administrative support
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous experience managing social media accounts
* Be confident creating engaging content and reels/videos
* Be able to demonstrate previous social media work created for other companies
* Have strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
* Be confident using Canva to create graphics and marketing materials
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Part-time: 12–16 hours per week - Possible to move to 20 hours.
Flexible working hours around school hours.
Office-based role.
Temporary ongoing position.
