The aim of this role is to support CYN’s Alternative Learning Programme work in Bristol & South Gloucestershire. Casual ALP Youth Workers will work with young people on a one to one or group basis as and when the regular ALP team is at capacity. This work will be on a temporary basis, but casual youth workers will be allocated a small number of caseloads and there is an expectation that they will see through their programme of sessions with a young person/people (between 12 and 18 weeks).
