Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver porterage services and respond to ad hoc requests from building occupants.
* Assist with daily facilities management activities and respond promptly to job requests, ensuring proper sign-off according to FM processes.
* Support daily FM activities under custodial services.
* Conduct building health and safety inductions for users.
* Monitor site contractors.
* Order and maintain supplies for photocopying equipment.
* Complete records and documents in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
* Use the PA system for announcements.
* Perform general administrative duties.
Security Duties:
* Open and lock all contracted buildings at the start and end of each day.
* Inspect buildings for damage and report issues.
* Respond to alarm problems appropriately.
* Manage key holding responsibilities.
* Conduct regular patrols and inspections.
* Ensure alarms and panic alarms are operational.
* Carry out fire and bomb evacuation procedures when necessary.
* Manage minor incidents and challenge individuals as needed.
* Perform other duties as reasonably required by management.
Desired Qualifications:
* Valid front-line security guarding, door supervision, or close protection SIA license
* Full driving license
* First Aid certificate
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Reliable with strong time-management skills
* Commitment to providing first-class customer service
* Knowledge of security systems and conflict management
