Overview
Are you an immediately available Business Analyst (IT) seeking a contract with a renowned Financial Services organisation? The role involves coordinating system solution activities through the full project life cycle to continually improve the effectiveness of systems, processes and procedures. The smooth delivery of system upgrades and enhancements, on time and on budget, is a key objective of the IT Team in improving the overall efficiency, effectiveness of the business and usability of the system.
Duties
* Responsible for information gathering, analysis and business requirements definition for financial services systems.
* Elicit requirements using appropriate methods such as interviews or workshops.
* Participate in Change Management including raising Change Requests, liaising with external suppliers, assisting test and release planning and updating the CM database.
* Identify and complete configuration Change Requests.
* Documentation of key Change Management deliverables such as project plans, business case, user stories, BPMN.
* Understand and document process flows within the business to identify potential efficiencies and suggest improvements.
* Assist in the creation and management of test plans which align with business requirements alongside the Production Support & Test Manager.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and Project, Jira and Jira X-Ray, and exposure to document management systems and workflow.
Qualifications
* BCS accreditation is preferred; Agile experience is advantageous.
* Experience within the financial services or automotive sectors is beneficial.
Contract Details
* Role is inside IR35 with day rate via umbrella company up to £400-£450 per day.
* Excellent working environment and hybrid working model – 3 days a week in the office, based in Bracknell.
