Please note this is a part-time position consisting of 22.5 hours a week. The working shift is 4 days a week, from 9am-3pm or 8am-2pm.
Cushman & Wakefield are looking for an Office Manager to actively deliver a first-class workplace experience for clients and colleagues within our offices across Bristol. The role involves ensuring workplace standards are upheld, service partners deliver expected services, and issues are resolved promptly. Additionally, the role supports senior management with compliance, governance, administration, and audit support.
Core Responsibilities Include
1. Undertake reception duties, including booking and managing meeting rooms, welcoming and escorting visitors, hospitality, and general front-of-house admin.
2. Log faults or issues with the C&W Helpdesk.
3. Track and manage all open jobs on FAMIS 360 through to final completion.
4. Perform quality checks on paperwork to ensure compliance and audit satisfaction.
5. Attend operational meetings to ensure effective communication.
6. Maintain and update all systems to ensure compliance.
7. Understand escalation processes for reporting operational and risk issues.
8. Interact daily with contractors and third-party suppliers to ensure service delivery.
9. Induct all contractors into the building before work begins.
10. Coordinate catering and oversee events.
11. Manage the delivery of post and couriers.
12. Control stock levels.
13. Sort mail by department and deliver or collect as appropriate.
14. Participate in supplier meetings for national contracts, ensuring actions are tracked and closed.
15. Track and close reactive jobs and PPM tasks accurately.
16. Support external audits such as ISO14001 and ISO45001 by spot-checking documentation and conducting site checks throughout the year.
