Job Description:
* Deliverengagingandthought-provokinglessons across KS3 to KS5 in subjects such as History, Geography, and/or Religious Studies
* Encourage students toquestion,debate, andexplorethe world around them—past, present, and future
* Create aninclusiveandstimulatingclassroom environment that promotescuriosityandindependent thinking
* Use a range offormative and summative assessmentsto track progress and inform planning
* Buildstrong relationshipswith students, parents, and colleagues to support bothacademicandpersonal development
* Contribute to thewider school communitythroughenrichment activities,themed days, andcross-curricular projects
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children or young people in aneducational setting(desirable but not essential)
* Bepatient,empathetic, andadaptable, with a genuinepassion for the Humanities
* Demonstrate a commitment tosafeguarding,inclusive practice, andstudent wellbeing
* Possess strongcommunication,teamwork, andorganisational skills
