🚅 Important Information: Training Week
To ensure you're set up for success, your first week will involve travelling to Basingstoke for training, where you'll meet the wider team and receive hands-on support to get started.
🏨 Hotel accommodation and train fare will be fully covered
📅 You'll stay in Basingstoke, Hampshire, for the full training week (Monday-Friday)

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Provide support on the helpdesk, working closely with the team based in our Basingstoke office
Assist with system clean-up exercises for both Cambridge and MOJ accounts
Handle queries efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of service at all times
✅ What We're Looking For
Strong interpersonal skills - confident in communicating with colleagues and clients
Ability to organise your own workload and manage time effectively
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Familiarity with spreadsheets and a basic understanding of performance mechanism formulas
Must be willing to undergo BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance
