As a Client Advisor Assistant, you will work closely with the Client Advisors, actively contributing to developing sustainable client relationships and a strong client experience. You will provide administrative, commercial, organisational, and operational support across multiple client-related processes covering the entire lifecycle of the client families we serve.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the Private Banking client-facing team by assisting Client Advisors in managing client wealth in line with their aspirations and risk appetite.
* Prepare for client meetings, attend meetings as required, and follow up on post-meeting actions such as payments.
* Contact clients as requested to meet their needs, including arranging meetings and reviews.
* Respond to client queries professionally and maintain accurate client records.
* Liaise with operations and administration units as needed.
* Prepare and dispatch client valuation records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Assist with team projects and ensure compliance with client profile update processes.
* Handle valuations, payments, and record cash receipts/transfers.
* Update client files and support other teams as required.
* Adhere to a culture of compliance in all tasks.
* Develop professional expertise through training and qualifications.
Knowledge and Experience
Strong knowledge of the UK wealth management industry and experience supporting multiple advisors. Understanding of risk, regulatory obligations, and client data management.
Attributes and Qualities
Excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, high accuracy, well-organised, solution-oriented, and a team player.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with G2 and Intelligent Office, and knowledge of investment products, compliance, and regulations. Experience in similar roles and working towards CISI or CFA Level 4 is encouraged.
Languages Skills
Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
