Location: Rochdale
Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a 3-month fixed term basis. This is a part time 20h/week role based in our Rochdale office.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in our contact centre, helping them find a solution whether that’s processing payments or resolving a query.
* Take inbound calls, take payments, process applications and answer queries.
Person specification
* Experience of handling and resolving difficult situations
* Effective communication and organisational skills
* Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications
* Excellent phone manner
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
