About the Role:
The main purpose of this role is to recover contractor overpayments. You will be handling relevant queries via telephone and tickets to provide additional information and agree payment plans. Reconcile payments received, monitor all adjustment forms raised providing reports to each department with the view to prevent errors going forward and provide additional support with internal queries from our Accounts and Credit Control team.
