Job Title: Registered Manager Location: Preston Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum plus OTE bonus Working Hours: 40 hours per week Employment Type: Permanent Service: Children’s Home Service Users: YPs with EBD and complex needs The Home: Number of Beds: 5 Location: Preston Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect Ofsted Rating: At least “Good” required Ratio of Staff to Children: To be determined Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (Essential) Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred, or willingness to enroll within 6 months) Strong knowledge of Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and Ofsted requirements Exceptional leadership and organisational skills Experience in supporting children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties Full UK driving licence Who You Will Be Working For You will be joining one of the UK’s leading care providers, committed to delivering high-quality care in children’s residential homes.
