We are seeking a Business Director to lead board and CEO search assignments while building senior client relationships and shaping the growth of our practice.
About the role
* Lead high profile executive and CEO search assignments
* Act as a trusted adviser to Chairs, CEOs and trustees
* Win and grow retained senior level work
* Contribute to strategy, thought leadership and market positioning
* Coach colleagues and role model inclusive, values led practice
About you
* Experienced in executive search, senior appointments or advisory work
* Strong track record with senior stakeholders
* Commercially astute, with experience winning retained work
* Credible, thoughtful and highly collaborative
