We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 42 hours a week (to include days, nights, and weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove.
Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove is our new hospital for women in Staffordshire. The service will be opening circa May 2025. Inductions planned for the end of March, and Mid-April (more inductions to follow). There will be two wards at the hospital; a 20 bed Acute service for women and an 11 bed Highly Specialised Personality Disorder Rehabilitation service.
Crocus Ward will provide a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission. Burleigh Ward will provide specialised support for women with a personality disorder and other complex needs.
Your day-to-day...
