* To be able to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
* Mark out sections and components in line with detailed drawings prior to assembly
* Working to the companiesHealth & Safety requirements
* Understand and work to client specifications
* Keeping work area clean and tidy
Welding Responsibilities:
* Welders to work on mild / stainless steel of varying grades and thicknesses marked up with weld details.
* Types of welding will be fillet welding and butt welding consisting of both full penetration and partial penetration joints.
* Welding in both down hand and in position. Predominantly using the MIG / MAGwelding processes. xsngvjr
* Successful applicants will be expected to adhere to governing welding procedure specifications,
* To have a good knowledge of all aspects of welding operations such as application of preheat, control of interpass temperatures etc, and generally a good knowledge surrounding the process.
