A Business Development Executive role with a leading supplier of luxury oak flooring and high‑end oak furniture. The role is focused on generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting account growth, with a particular focus on architects and designers (A&D).
You will work closely with a business development manager, using online tools to identify and develop opportunities, arranging meetings, and engaging with clients face‑to‑face in the showroom. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and collaborating with the wider sales and showroom teams to convert opportunities into long‑term relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, and lead generation, preferably with exposure to A&D or similar professional clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organisation, and the ability to manage your own pipeline are essential. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is also required.
The package is £30–35k basic plus significant bonus potential, with clear opportunities for career progression into a business development manager role.
