CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS We're looking for a Technology Lead/ Software Engineering Lead with deep expertise in building scalable, cloud-native systems. Here's what you'll bring: Proficient in Go Youve designed, built, and maintained robust applications using Golang in production. You can provide guidance to other developers on Go language and conduct high-quality code reviews Azure Cloud expertise Good knowledge with compute, storage, networking, security, and CI/CD pipelines across Azure API architecture Strong experience designing, implementing, and securing RESTful and/or gRPC APIs Real-time data systems Skilled in message streaming with platforms like Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or RabbitMQ Leadership in fast-paced environments Proven track record as a tech lead in high-growth or startup environments, with the ability to build, mentor and guide technology teams that are highly focused and adaptable to changing business needs Agile mindset Comfortable in rapidly changing environments, working iteratively with SCRUM and Agile methodologies Global collaboration Effective communicator and resilient contributor in distributed, cross-functional teams Ownership You take initiative, lead from the front, and deliver high-quality outcomes with accountability.
