Job Title: Resident Services Operational Manager
Location: North West London
Contract Type: Temporary (3 months ongoing)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working
Pay: £32.45 per hour Umbrella
Key Responsibilities
* Lead housing and estate operations, ensuring quality service delivery for all residents
* Promote resident engagement to strengthen community cohesion
* Manage income collection, arrears reduction, and housing enforcement
* Work closely with partners, including police to tackle ASB and safeguard vulnerable residents
* Oversee leasehold and Right to Buy services, protecting council assets
* Drive continual service improvements, handle complex cases, and manage escalated complaints
* Monitor performance and support the delivery of resident participation strategies
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Flexible approach — ability to work evenings when required
* Comfortable with hybrid working and hot‑desking arrangements
* Relevant housing or leadership qualification (or equivalent experience)
* IRPM/CIH membership (or working towards) desirable
* Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
