We are looking for a Head of Solutions to shape and lead our client's engineered solutions strategy across key market sectors: healthcare, data centres, rail, defence, renewables.

What you’ll do
* Own the strategy and roadmap for engineered solutions
* Drive innovation, portfolio performance, and investment decisions
* Partner with Sales and BD to unlock new opportunities and profitable growth
* Engage senior stakeholders, customers, and industry bodies
What we’re looking for
* Senior leader with an EPC and project management background
* Strong experience in engineered solutions, technology strategy, and portfolio leadership
* Commercially minded, collaborative, and passionate about innovation
* Background in power, energy, infrastructure, or complex project environments
