What we’re looking for To thrive in this role you will have: Experience in an administration or customer service role Excellent communication skills Evidence of numerical ability The ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative You are ideally suited if you also have: Understanding and appreciation of the Credit Union movement Experience working in a regulated environment This role will be a great fit for you if you are: Self-motivated and well-organised Confident using MS Office On board with our organisation values – Reliable, Respectful, People-Centric and Passionate. What we are offering You don’t need to have any experience in a Credit Union as full training is provided. Hybrid working is available for all employees, with a minimum 3 days at our offices in Birmingham (between 9am and 4:30pm) and the rest from home if you prefer.
