IWS M&E provides pump diagnostics and refurbishment, project management, telemetry, chemical dosing and control, instrumentation installation and maintenance, environmental management, plant and infrastructure maintenance and emergency response. About the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for the contract management of a variety of M&E contracts including the submission of tenders, electrical and mechanical design, the sourcing and sub-contracting of plant, the production of quality plans and health and safety plans in accordance with CDM regulations. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- Educated to degree or HND/C level in a mechanical or electrical discipline
- Experience in the water/water related industry
- Have the ability to prioritise and manage complex workloads, working within budget/deadline parameters
- Positive, problem solving mind set with a strong work ethic and a flexible approach
About the successful applicant
Qualified to at least HNC level in a mechanical/electrical discipline, with a working knowledge of both electrical and mechanical engineering associated with the water industry, you should also have AutoCAD experience and an understanding of CDM Regulations. You will be a ‘can do’ person, who is flexible in approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful applicant will also require a driving licence.
