What exactly will you do?
14. Keep up to date with and understand contracts criteria for multiple different suppliers.
15. Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies such as product explanation and due diligence.
16. Record and summarise compliance checks for management and key stakeholders.
17. Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues.
18. Educate employees on regulations and respective impact to customers and the organisation.
19. Report back to business on risk factors and compliance performance.
20. Identify and record areas of concern such as behaviour patterns that may emerge from compliance checks.
21. Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation.
22. Review marketing materials, presentations, and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
23. Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests.
24. Perform general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects)
25. Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance and ensure they comply with all company operating policies and procedures.
26. Consolidate contractual agreement with customers using telephone and email communication methods.
27. Any other ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate and suitable for this role.
What we’re looking for
28. Prior experience in a compliance role
29. Experience with computer and CRM systems, including Outlook, Excel and Word
30. Experience and knowledge of the energy industry (desirable)
31. Critical problem-solving ability. You’ll have a keen eye to spot out anomalies and understand the procedure in correcting the issue.
32. An ability to analyse and interpret information quickly.
33. Attention to detail.
34. Ability to adapt to changes with internal policies or the external market.

36. Ability to articulate concise, upwards feedback to key stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any trends or risks.
