Join Us as a PP Operations Team Coordinator
The Professional Print Operations Coordinator will provide visible, effective leadership to the Professional Print Onsite team, ensuring high performance, strong engagement, and a positive, inclusive culture where people can thrive. They will act as an influential member of the PP Field Operations team, contributing to the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the customer journey across the organisation. They will also effectively lead all PP Technicians within their area teams, including effective performance management, development, sickness and absence, any other employee relations, and recruitment.
They will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a proactive, predictive, and preventative support strategy that enhances customer experience and drives operational excellence, embracing digital tools, automation, and remote-first approaches to drive efficiency, improve service delivery, and continually evolve the support model. They will ensure a consistently exceptional service experience for all Professional Print, customers and partners, acting as a credible escalation point and industry expert.
They will monitor and improve team performance, ensuring organisational cost, productivity, and quality targets are achieved through effective leadership of PP Technicians.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You:
* Leadership skills within a Field Service environment and an understanding of High-End Print or Industrial devices are advantageous but not necessary.
* Proven leadership experience in a ‘Customer First' service environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability and desire to communicate effectively with our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders face-to-face, by telephone, or by written means.
* Ability to deliver under pressure and to agreed deadlines.
* Proven ability to think outside the box to deliver improved ways of working and solve problems.
* Comfortable being decisive and making effective and difficult decisions.
* Display empathy and build trust while developing meaningful relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
* Proven ability to lead, empower and motivate teams to deliver strategic goals and financial targets
