* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent
* Experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Trusted advisor with skills in coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders at all levels to foster behavioral change and deliver continuous improvement
* Passion for transforming lives through coaching
* Desire to benefit from self-employment within a larger organization
