This has been achieved by working collaboratively with our clients to understand their needs and become an extension of their business, expanding service offerings and geography to meet the expectations requiredThe BMS Project Manager RoleThey are still looking for a BMS Applications Engineer to join their expanding BMS division due to newly secured projects across London and surrounding areas.The BMS Application Engineer role is a Technical role focused on designing, configuring and supportingsystems that control and monitor building operations like HVAC, lighting and energy usage.The role of BMS Applications Engineer will require you to undertake daily the following responsibilities:3 Years project engineer experience in the construction industry, with experience in BMS and control systems.Software experience with Distech, Niagara and TrendGood verbal and written skills, ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audienceProficient in Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word & ProjectExperience working on large projects (£1-£3M in value)Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlinesAbility to work on Problem Solving, diagnosing faults in live buildingExperience of managing H&S in a construction environmentValid Safe pass site cardExperience working within Datacentres / critical infrastructure environmentsKnowledge of Metasys, Tridium, Trend or any OEM BMS platformFirst Aid & SMSTS / SSSTSKnowledge of necessary Contractual procedures and requirements (e.g. the Construction Act)Edit and enhance graphics, illustrations, and layouts to improve clarity and visual appealThe Successful BMS Application EngineerA minimum of 5 years with project management experience in the construction industry, with experience in BMS and control systems.Ability to manage internal & external stakeholdersGood verbal and written skills, ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audienceProficient in all Microsoft programmes, including Excel, Word & ProjectExperience working on large projects (£2-£4M in value)Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlinesStrong financial and commercial acumenExperience of managing H&S in a construction environmentValid Safe pass site cardExperience working within Datacentres / critical infrastructure environmentsKnowledge of Metasys, Tridium, Trend or any OEM BMS platformFirst Aid & SMSTS / SSSTSExperience with different forms of contractKnowledge of necessary Contractual procedures and requirements (e.g.
