Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the preparation and management of project estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints. This position requires a strong understanding of cost control and the ability to analyse project specifications effectively.
Duties
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects, including materials, labour, and overheads.
* Review project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and budgets.
* Monitor ongoing projects for compliance with estimated costs, providing updates and adjustments as necessary.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing changes.
* Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and project changes for future reference.

* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
