GSL Education are appointing a skilled Design Technology Teacher to deliver engaging lessons that promote innovation, problem‑solving, and technical expertise. The position is based in Doncaster schools, supporting learners across the DN2 and DN6 areas. As a Design Technology (DT) Teacher, you will support pupils through the design process, from initial concepts to final products, while promoting safe working practices and independent thinking. Main Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of design and technology disciplines. Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and practical skill development as a Design Technology Teacher. Maintain a safe, organised, and positive learning environment. Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to support pupil development. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and confidence in delivering practical lessons. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
