Pullinger Associates is an electrical and heating company which provides reactive maintenance services to several clients, including emergencies and out of hours. The company also provides a full suite of services to kitchen companies, private landlords, developers including re-wires, EV charger installation, extensions and refurbishments.
An opportunity has arisen to join a friendly, fast growing electrical company as an administrator, supporting the day-to-day function of the business. We are looking for a customer focused, organised individual who can effectively manage calls, emails and job bookings in a timely manner. The role also requires a level of business development to secure new clients. Being self-motivated is a must

· Experience with the use of tradify software desirable
· Previous experience in an electrical, heating or construction-based company desirable
Job requirements
· Respond to emails and calls from property managers, owners, landlords and business partners in a timely manner
· Answer calls and use initiative to support the electrical team when booking jobs using Tradify software
· Ensure each electrical contractor has an updated diary, clear instructions for access to jobs (e.g. has keys, is aware of parking arrangements)
· Ensure the team has updated Tradify and check the correct documents have been uploaded (such as certificates, remedial works etc)
· Manage Tradify software to ensure job references, works orders, supplier information etc is accurate and well maintained
· Own and manage business development pipeline (using Excel) to add new prospective clients, speculatively call target clients and organize new client meetings
