You will be joining a long‑established, design‑led workplace furniture and interiors business that partners with high‑quality manufacturers across the UK and Europe to create inspiring, functional office environments where people genuinely love where they work. Your new role
1. Maintain accurate bookkeeping using Sage Line 50
2. Process weekly sales invoices and purchase invoices
3. Manage accounts payable/receivable and supplier reconciliations
4. Prepare and run payment schedules through Excel
5. Reconcile petty cash, expenses, and credit card statements
6. Monitor cash flow and highlight any variances
7. Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts in Excel
8. Produce financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and simple cash‑flow summaries
9. Support month‑end duties including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis
10. Update internal trackers and provide insight on financial performance
11. Maintain organised financial records
12. Liaise with external accountants when needed
13. Assist with year‑end preparation and audit support
14. Ensurepliance with internal finance processes
What you'll need to succeed
15. Strong experience in bookkeeping or management accounting
16. Confident user of Sage Line 50
17. Excellent Excel skills, including reporting
18. High attention to detail and accuracy
19. Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
20. A proactive, organised, and reliable approach
