Job Title: Operations Excellence Coach (NSO Lead)

Salary Banding: Up to £45k (DOE) + Benefits + Bonus

Contract type: Permanent & Full Time

Location: Field Based – Extensive UK Travel required

As an Operations Excellence Coach, you'll play a critical role in bringing our brand to new locations across the UK. You will travel to new store locations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful openings. From hiring and training store staff to setting up operational processes, you'll help create smooth, high-energy store launches that set the tone for our ongoing success.

What You'll Do

* Travel: Travel extensively to new store locations, sometimes on short notice, spending several weeks on-site to support each launch.
* Store Set-Up: Lead the end-to-end store opening process, including inventory setup, merchandising, and store layout planning.
* Operational Readiness: Ensure each new location meets company standards in operations, merchandising, and customer service by Day 1.
* Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical, staffing, or operational issues that arise during the opening process.
* Leadership by Example: Motivate and lead by setting a positive example, ensuring the store team understands and embraces our values and culture.

What You Bring

* Experience: 3+ years of management experience.
* Skills: Communication, and organizational skills, with a talent for people development.
* Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) and work flexible hours.
* Attributes: High energy, adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on, problem-solving attitude.
