Job Description
Support the emotional and mental wellbeing of secondary students through structured guidance, 1:1 sessions, and collaborative interventions. You’ll work closely with staff, families, and external services to help students overcome barriers and thrive—personally and academically.
Required Experience / Qualifications

GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths; degree preferred

Experience in pastoral care, youth work, or counselling
*
DBS check required
*
Training in mental health or safeguarding (e.g., Mental Health First Aid) advantageous
*
Strong empathy and organisational skills
