1. Manage and negotiate a portfolio of Common Law CTP claims from lodgement through to settlement
2. Communicate with solicitors and direct claimants via phone, written correspondence, settlement conferences, and hearings

4. Ensure all legislative and regulatory timeframes are met, in line with NSW legislation
5. Develop and apply appropriate strategies to resolve claims efficiently and cost‑effectively
6. Facilitate early access to rehabilitation services to support optimal recovery outcomes for injured claimants
7. Negotiate settlements in accordance with legislative, regulatory, and procedural requirements
8. Deliver a high level of customer service to injured claimants, employers, and regulatory bodies through timely responses and quality decision‑making
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical capability and a people‑focused approach:
9. Experience handling CTP or personal injury claims, or a legal background (preferred)
10. Tertiary qualifications in Law, Insurance, or Allied Health (advantageous)
11. Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills
12. High attention to detail and sound judgement
13. A proactive, energetic, and collaborative mindset
14. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, explain complex information clearly, and negotiate effectively
15. Strong written and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple claims within legislative constraints
