Building Safety Assurance Manager x 2 – Circa £60,000 – Multiple Locations Available
We are seeking a safety professional to join a well-established Housing Association with an incredibly diverse and exciting stock. You will work closely with one the largest and well-resourced Building Safety and Compliance functions in the country working collaboratively to ensure residents safety!
The company have an established property services team and have a dedicated Building Safety directorate already in place in which they are looking to expand the provision of this along with a keen eye for innovation through best practice, staff development and technology. This role will be part of a team supported by external fire engineers and internal specialists from Building Safety Managers, Fire Risk professionals, property compliance experts and resident engagement teams that you can call upon to support you within this highly unified organisation!

As the Building Safety Assurance Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Working with the fellow Building Assurance team to provide a strategic view of building safety, ensure the right practices are being followed and a high level of assurance is developed.
* Advising on improvements and projects that occur within the exciting and complex stock supported by a collaborative and knowledgeable workforce, this will be to ensure recommendations manage risk within HRRB’s.
* Collecting and analysing information regarding the high-risk properties to ensure or help eliminate any unknown factors and maintain the integrity of safety cases.
In return, the successful Building Safety Assurance Manager will be given full funding for various qualifications and a starting salary of around £60,000.
