Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic business decisions
4. Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the organisation. Planning and partnering with non-finance
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations
6. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with organisational requirements.
8. Support the leadership team with financial modelling and scenario planning.
9. Oversee cost control measures and efficiency initiatives across departments.
10. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
The Successful Applicant
11. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent (MBA or QBE).
12. Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis.
13. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and interpretation.
14. Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
15. Experience working with ERP systems and financial software.
16. Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
