Bar Manager Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Bar Manager to develop our epic team of Bartenders! People focused leadership is a non‑negotiable for us. You’ll be someone who thrives in building a talent pipeline and wants to see your teams evolve and grow. You lead from the front and aren’t someone who does everything yourself.
You will drive consistency for standards. Specs on point and guest journey will be nothing short of epic under your guidance.
Responsibilities
* Manage stock ordering, accepting, counting, and investigate any variances.
* Maintain organisational excellence: ensure nothing slips through the cracks while overseeing the venue and your team.
* Lead recruitment and development within the department, creating a powerhouse of talent.
