1 x 2.75 hours at Ratcliffe Youth Centre on Wednesday evening

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Warwickshire County Council’s Youth Service, supporting young people aged 11 to 18 across the county. We’re a small, dedicated team of JNC qualified youth workers within Children’s Services, delivering evidence based support that makes a real difference. Young people are at the heart of everything we do.
Now is an exciting time to be part of our team as Warwickshire begins to embed our Families First teams who support the young people in our County. Our approach is about locality working, multi disciplinary and multi agency teams that support the whole family. Building strong partnerships with local services, Health, Police and Education.

We’re currently recruiting for two part-time Assistant Youth Workers to join our team:
🏢Lillington Youth Centre
4. Hours: 5.5 hours per week
5. Days: Monday (6:00–8:30pm) & Tuesday (6:00–9:00pm)
6. Role: Supporting evening youth club sessions, engaging with young people through activities, mentoring, and informal education.
🏢The Ratcliffe Centre
7. Hours: 2.5 hours per week
8. Day: One evening per week (6:00–8:45pm)
9. Role: Supporting our vibrant youth club, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for young people.
What We’re Looking For:
10. Experience working with young people is ideal, but not essential – we offer training and support for the right candidates.
11. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in youth development.
