Role Summary
As an Administrative Assistant you will support the day‑to‑day operations of one of our schools, providing clerical assistance, data entry, and coordination of key documentation.
Responsibilities
* Provide general clerical support in a busy main school office, especially coordinating documentation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP).
* Minute meetings, maintain pupil data on the Trust’s information system (Bromcom) and submit Census Returns.
* Cover main office duties when required.
* Use standard Microsoft software, including Excel.
* Communicate with Trust team members, external professionals and agencies.
* Work at any of the six sites permanently or as cover.
* Possess knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

* Excellent communication and word‑processing skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

* Successful DBS Enhanced clearance and references.
* Completion of a self‑declaration form confirming non‑disqualification under the 2018 Regulations.

* Term‑time only contract, paid for 46 weeks per annum.
* Hours 08:30 – 15:30, five days a week, with an unpaid half‑hour lunch.
* Fixed‑term contract for one year, subject to a successful six‑month probationary review.
