Due to recent investment, they are looking to hire a Finance Director to support them within that vision.
Your new role
You will lead all financial operations,bining hands-on control with strategic insight. The role covers monthly management accounts, site-level P&Ls, and weekly KPI reporting, alongside budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. You will oversee cash and treasury management, maintainpliance with UK GAAP, HMRC,panies House, and healthcare standards, and drive efficiency through system optimisation and automation. The position also involvesernance, risk management, and supporting CQCpliance, while providing leadership to the finance team and partnering with clinical and operational managers as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). You’ll bring strong technical expertise and proven cashflow management skills, ideally gained in multi-site service environments. While healthcare experience is desirable, it’s not essential; however, familiarity with CQCpliance would be advantageous. You’ll be confident working with systems such as Xero, Stripe, and Hubspot, and able tomunicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. A hands-on, proactive, and adaptable approach is key to thriving in this dynamic role.
What you'll get in return
In return, you’ll receive apetitive base salary of £80,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience), along with aprehensive benefits package including pension and healthcare aligned to Group policy. You’ll also be eligible for a discretionary bonus linked to both Group and business performance, reflecting your impact and contribution to success.
