We are working with a fast growing premium casual dining group with 8 sites across the UK, known for its exceptional food, service, and guest experience. They are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead operational excellence across all sites and support continued expansion.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will oversee operational managers, drive P&L performance, implement scalable systems, and ensure consistent delivery of premium guest experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with practical operational expertise.
About the role:
Lead and mentor operational managers across all sites to foster a high-performance culture.
Drive consistent, premium guest experiences and service standards.
Oversee budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs to maximise profitability.
Implement robust operational processes to support growth and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with business strategy.
About you:
Proven experience in multi-site operations management within premium casual dining or hospitality.
Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets and P&L.
Excellent leadership, team development, and communication skills.
Hands-on, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
