Construction Recruitment group are currently recruiting. Our client have been established in 1859. They are a International Construction Company looking to grow their team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in setting out engineering, onsite planning, and reporting with a civils background.
You will be:
* Setting out, levelling, and surveying a construction site whilst liaising with designer, engineers and key stakeholders,
* Working and utilising site plans, drawings, BIM to ensure the precise mapping of structural boundaries, quality control and identifying key markers.
* Monitoring and leading on all health and safety initiatives.
* Working onsite, closely with the construction and management teams to ensure construction is in line with indicated markers.
You will have:
* Completed a third level qualification in civil or structural engineering, construction or building engineering.
* 2+ years’ experience in setting out engineering, onsite planning, and reporting.
* Utilised setting out tools e.g., automatic levels and have a clear understanding of site plans and drawings.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
