The ROLE The successful Health and Safety Advice Line Team Leader will be required to do the following: * To lead a Health and Safety Advisory team of four. * The Team advise SME clients on all aspects of health and safety. * To drive the performance, development and quality management of the team. * Support the Director of Health & Safety to manage team resources through effectively planning and allocating workloads. * Provide day to day support for colleagues who are involved in complex or high-profile cases in the areas of health and safety. * Provide coaching and where appropriate advice to consultants and advisors on legal, safety and health issues. * Excellent promotional opportunities! * IN RETURN - you will be put through three NVQ courses and you will be personally mentored towards IOSH Chartership at our client's cost. CANDIDATE Our client is looking for a Head of HR Advice Service with the following experience and attributes: * You will have at least NEBOSH Diploma, or NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Health and Safety. * Comprehensive knowledge of policies, procedures, risks, and legal requirements across a range of industry sectors allowing for the creation and drafting of bespoke policies and procedures, consultancy support and guidance relevant to these industries. * You will have led a team of some nature, and you will be customer centric.
