Divisional Sales Manager – £60,000 OTE (Competitive Basic Bonus Scheme)
Norwich & Diss – Permanent / Full Time – 5-day working week (Monday to Saturday rota)
Lead a high‑performing used car division. We are recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Divisional Sales Manager to oversee a busy multi‑site used car operation across Norwich and Diss. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sales Manager to take ownership of a large and varied stock operation, driving performance, profitability and customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading and driving performance across a multi‑site used car operation
- Managing stock control, vehicle preparation and pricing strategy
- Overseeing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
- Managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets
- Driving Finance & Insurance penetration and additional product sales
- Monitoring performance through KPI analysis and reporting
- Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction across both sites
- Managing advertising performance including online vehicle listings
- Working closely with senior leadership to deliver divisional objectives
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior automotive leadership role
- Strong background in used vehicle operations is essential
- Confident knowledge of stock management, pricing strategy and sales process
- Experience driving Finance & Insurance performance
- Strong leadership, coaching and team development ability
- Commercially minded with a focus on results and profitability
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
